Return Policy

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Please give us an opportunity to serve you better by providing us with your valuable feedback. 

Returns will only be accepted, and credit given, or money refunded if all of the following conditions are met:

1. Items must be in original condition as shipped.
2. Notification of your intention to make a return must be received by us within 48 hours of delivery of the item(s). 
3. Returned item(s) must be received by us within 20 days of the date the item was delivered. 
4. Customer is financially responsible for all shipping and handling charges connected with the item and assumes full responsibility for its safe return. We suggest careful packing and insurance as the minimum precautions. 

If the item returned does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy above your order will be sent back to you.

We treat every product as a treasure and guarantee that it will be perfect before it is shipped. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us on the day of delivery. We will work with the shipping company and provide you with a satisfactory resolution within 2-3 days.

Refund Method

Please send us an email at support@dragonstonegaming.com. prior to returning the goods.
Once a return has been approved, we will organize the return of the goods (in the case of faulty goods, DragonStone will not be responsible for return postage costs). Once we receive the goods, you will receive your refund via your original payment method within 14 working days.

Custom Products

Return Policy

If you wish to cancel a custom order, please contact us within two days. After this period, we typically proceed with production according to the actual timeline. However, if you still wish to cancel after the deadline, we will allow it but with an additional fee. This fee helps cover the labor and material costs incurred by the craftsmen.

Return Shipping Fee

• A restocking fee of 25% of the item price applies.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost.

* Items must be returned in the condition received. Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded, and returns of customized or made to order items are at the seller's discretion. Return shipping costs are not subsidized and may be higher than the original shipping cost. To the extent that the EU Consumer Rights Directive (“CRD”) applies to you, you may have additional rights relating to returning items.
