Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

Yes, as long as you’re able to reach out to us before your order is out the door.

note, depending on the nature of the request, we may need to cancel the original

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return / exchange policy?

● For U.S. orders, most products can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
● For international orders, the return period for remote areas can be extended to 60 days, applicable only to regions where shipping takes more than 20 business days.

*Please note: Custom dice are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Additionally, any items purchased on clearance or in a blind box/mystery package are not eligible for returns.

Are your dice balanced?

Yes. We produce hand-swirled resin dice, our dice are free from the imperfections or microbubbles found within traditional acrylic dice.

All dice carry some level of imperfection within them, but ours are as close to perfectly balanced as you can get without purchasing casino dice.
